Yes, paint will do fine, i almost always use it.
The size must be a 2x2, or 64x64 or 1024x1024 for example.
Whats works to is 1024 x512 for example.
Try it out yourself.
Its quite easy to do.
Transparancy is to see on youtube.

Hm okay i will try it with paint. I have absolutely no experience with gimp.
