I somehow think it's a bit to bright ._.

It's both too bright and too dark.
For a room with that many lamps, everything else is too dark.
The lamps in the ceiling don't seem to emit any light at all.
The lamps on the wall seem to be emitting too much light.

Hm i will have to look into it now, or sometimes soon. I normally dont play around with spot and point lights so i dont know how to create a perfect environment
In this room, no point and/or spotlights were added. But if the lamps on the ceiling are to weak i could try adding spotlights going straight down to the floor.

Or is there a better way to edit the lights?

That's fine.
But you can always make new copies of the lamps and edit them.
