Cannot make a profile?

Please describe your problem in greater detail and if possible provide screenshots.

How far can you get?
What is it you see?
What does or does not happen that is causing you a problem?

The screen where it asks you to choose a profile. I click okay after typing a name or leaving it as new player. and it disappears leaving me with the profile options.
I cant get past that screen because i cannot make a profile.
