Solved: 8 Years, 7 Months, 1 Week ago windows 10 full screen not working

Used to work fine in windows 7.
Upgrade to windows 10, amnesia work. Nothing displays and i lose control of my mouse.
I have to ctrl+alt+del to close it.
Seems to launch in windowed mode. But I dont' like windowed mode.
