I just grabbed the game as it is a free DL. I had the same issue a lot of people do with the mouse not working and the resolution being off. Simple fix if it is not out there already:

1. Open the Amnesia directory
2. Find Amnesia.exe
3. Right-click and go to Properties
4. Click on the Compatibility tab
5. Tick the box for "Disable displaying scaling on high DPI settings"

This is a good work around for some of the older games for newer Windows OS's...
