Not Solved No custom story option

I searched the tech support (although I'm trying to avoid spoilers) but didn't see anything. I'm on a Mac and I'm not seeing any custom story option. Clicking play just brings up the game (I don't have two options like others have apparently) and there's nothing on the menu.

Also my mouse was a little slow but I'm not sure if that's a fault with my computer. I have the 2011 iMac if that helps; AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2048 MB for graphics, 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 processor.
