Black screen/ hang after loading

hi there,
i've just bouhght your game and unfortunately it won't run at all. When I start it, game shows loading screen with progress bar, and when progress bar reaches 100% it stucks. At this moment I can only see blank (white or black) screen and busy cursor and I can hear some music from game. I've tried to fix it this using your trroubleshooting gude and performed all recommended steps, but unfortunately nothing helps (installing MS libraries, video driver, etc...) : ( Starting it under admin account gives same results. No steam version is not woking too. Steam shows that there is no integrity violations.
My system is: Intel i7 with 16Gb Ram, ASUS ATI R280. Also you can find logs in attachments.
Any ideas? What to do next?
