Yes. The problem is the specific video card. nVidia still have not responded yet as far as I know, so nothing can be done thus far.

Also, just because another game works flawlessly on the 560Ti does not mean that SOMA should work explicitly as well. IntelHD cards can run games to quite some standard, yet will have some serious struggles with SOMA. Works like optimization and compatibility come to mind.
