Solved: 9 Years, 8 Months ago I can't figure out what to do.

so, i installed soma, was ready to play,and it rolled the intro cutscene, then crashed. (probably when it was loading the map) ive verifided the integrity of the game cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, put the graphics on a rediculously low scale, rebooted the computer, idk what to do anymore. any suggestions?
