Problems with Amnesia: The Dark Descent

Right click it in Steam > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game cache.

I tried that. I found out how to get the Launch screen up, and Justine was there.
But there are still no Custom Stories, though. I've moved them to where they were supposed to be, but when I load the game, the Custom Stories doesn't show up at all. Is there another way to get them back in the game?
