I mumble when I play scary games. Natural response really.
As for getting messed up in the head? Naaahhh. I think certain people could. But they'd probably stay away from this kind of thing anyways. Although maybe I'm just kind of jaded to horror so Amnesia wasn't as horrific to me as it would have been if I was a horror novice.
Amnesia was unbelievably terrifying and intense in all the right ways and parts. But I don't think you could suffer PTSD after playing it.
