Fell down through part of the map and stuck. PS4

So around Delta I jumped off the edge of the cliff/drop off, where the big metal structure/pipe is underneath, respawned/the "good robot" grabbed me, but it dropped me on the edge of the pipe somewhere and I fell down until I got stuck floating on the edge of the pipe unable to move, constantly attempting to jump. Even exiting out and coming back to the game save spawns me in the same stuck spot. What should I do? I don't know how I would be able to load a prev. save or something? Was really making progress after all this time so I am really sad that I got stuck.
