Not Solved Sad  GTX 1070 Stuttering at ANY hz Setting

Hello! I purchased SOMA during this year's summer sale. I just got around to playing it today. No matter what I do, the game runs horribly. I have a 144hz panel so I first ran it at 144hz. Well, it had this slow stutter too it. I checked with the steam fps counter, I was getting no drops but it was very slow and jerky. I put it down to 60hz and have the same issue. This game sounds really great and I would love to play it, however after trying tons of different things (including renistalling, changing vsync, changing frame limit in .ini etc) I cannot get it to work. I am planning on refunding it if this can't be fixed. From what I can tell, these forums are pretty dead and I doubt any devs will even see this lol. Anyway, I am running Windows 10 64 Bit, GTX1070, i56600k, and 12 GIGS DDR4 RAM so I rightfully should be able to blow this thing away. Any ideas? Thanks in advance Smile

Huh

EDIT: I saw adding the hpl log helps, just did that.
