Surround 5.1, HT OMEGA Striker

Hi,

I can't get the surround sound to work in Amnesia.

I have an HT OMEGA STRIKER 7.1 (in 6 channel/5.1 mode). Surround works in other games -- the ones in most recent memory are Borderlands and Team Fortress 2.

I've installed the OpenAL drivers linked in the sticky thread and I'm using the latest drivers supplied by HT OMEGA. I have no programs running in the background that would interfere. I'm out of ideas.

Is there anything else I can do, or will the game not recognize the STRIKER?

(edit: also on Windows 7 64, so no hardware acceleration.)
