fps unlock issue

hey guys 'n' gals,

there seems to be an issue with the fps unlock.

turning the fps engine limit from 'true' to 'false' did indeed unlock the limit, but it introduced problems for me too.

initially, i don't feel my 980 pared with my i3 2130 could maintain a smooth 120 maxed out with vsync.
it was asking a bit too much.

the other problem was the repeating stutter spike.

whenever i played at 60hz, it was lovely 'n' smooth, my card could run it maxed out at 60 with vsync.

but there was that stutter every 5secs.

it goes away running it at 120hz with vsync.

changing back from 'false' to 'true' removed the stuuer spike when running at 60hz.
