Custom Story Help!!

Thank you for all the information. To answer the questions. First, the game is retail. Second, the custom story is launched from the Amnesia main menu. Third, I did update the game.

I had a problem with trying to download a custom story. My computer kept trying to make me chose which program I wanted to open the custom story with finally someone said maybe I should download the 7z program which worked for awhile, but of course once everything appeared work it all went down hill from there....
