Not Solved Soma won't run. Just purchased from steam, about to ask for a refund if it's not sort

I've tried the threads, but as I'm not very technically minded I need your help.
Just bought this from steam, and it won't run, doesn't even show in task manager.

i5 3330 at 3Ghz
16Gb DDR3 ram @ 1600Mhz
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050ti Gfx card
