Depending on which arm is bound, one thing you could try is to use the mouse with your unbound hand and the controller with the other. This obviously isn't ideal if your bound hand is your dominant/mouse hand, but I'd wager that it should work reasonably well after a bit of accustomization if a proper solution doesn't present itself.
