[Minor Spoiler] Strange Light Blue/Cyan textures at the end game

Very strange but yeah it doesn't seem to be a problem with the game files but rather something about the graphics drivers. Perhaps worth a shot to cleanly uninstall your drivers completely and then install a fresh set of those. I use Display Driver Uninstaller for that:
