Not Solved Unable to Install Soma ! Error message

I have downloaded and re-downloaded Soma from my Humble Bundle, I have used both windows and winzip to extract the files, and when I launch the SOMA.exe I get a warning that says 
"The code execution cannot proceed because VCOMP100.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

 (I also attached a photo of this error popup) Reinstalling the program did NOT fix this problem. PLEASE HELP !!!  Huh 

I got some advice from the humblebundle support telling me to download a certain driver from windows but to contact support for SOMA first to be sure that is the issue.

I did search your page for simillar before posting but I could not find anything.
