Immediate crash to desktop every time

Go to nvidia.com and download the latest drivers from them, then uninstall you current driver and reboot the computer, then install the new driver. Your current driver appears to be broken as it reports that it does not have certain features, that it for sure is supposed to have. If you have other games that work fine, it is most likely because they use Direct3D and Amnesia is an OpenGL game and therefor is different.
