I'm stuck =/

I was wandering around a room and I often look behind boxes and barrels and whatnot to see if I can find anything. The problem is I went above a box and behind it and now I'm stuck! I cant jump onto the box anymore, I don't know why since I did before, but it seems that for being too close to the wall my jumping has been halved, theres a bookcase to my right and the box is diagonally positioned so I can't go around it.

I've tried over and over but I can't seem to get unstuck... I'd hate to have to restart the game just because of this =/. Are there any console commands? maybe no clipping, just so I can get out of there?

Nevermind, found a trainer that let me teleport although it took me a while because when I used it it teleported me near a monster =( it scared the hell out of me... and the first time I used it it was weird... because I teleported and where I was stuck was now a monster and he was stuck xD too bad I couldn't take a screenshot =/

PS. I advise anyone to be caerful where you walk around, even if you are able to jump into a box, going behind it might get you stuck if it's close to a wall =(
