I have sent off a fix for the steam demo hopefully it'll get applied soon.

As for the non-steam demo. RevJackal, can you run the "Console" application on your mac and go to the "Console Messages" then try and run Amnesia Demo and after it "dies" send me all the lines that have com.frictionalgames in it.
