Solved: 8 Years, 8 Months, 4 Weeks ago Crashing when trying to run Amnesia

Hey there

So i decided to give Amnesia a shot today, and unfortunately it's crashing as soon as i try and run the game. First of all let me mention i bought i via. steam. I've tried running it with admin perms, changing the compatability system, and nothing seems to work, wondering if anyone could help me. This is the error message:

Exception Reason: Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 001B:00000000
