Demo crashes at profile name screen

OK ATI users! I got amnesia working with this driver:

Note: this driver is tagged as being for the 5670 graphics card but should work with other ATI cards. By chance I do have a 5670 but others on the forums seem to have success with other cards which previously had OpenGL issues.

I also turned off triple buffering and catalyst AI and set most other settings to performance.

I should also add that I absolutely did have to remove all previous ATI drivers(and then restart) and install this fresh(and restart again )
