Amnesia "freezes"

I already read the troubleshooting thread but didn't find my problem in it.
I just was at the part where Daniel remembers something (when he saw the blue light after he tried to get out of his trap thing). After (or still while) that "preview" I just see a black screen but the game isn't really freezed. I still can access the menu and I can hear the background sounds etc.
So what could that be?
