Solved: 8 Years, 8 Months, 4 Weeks ago Bug  Common colour problem

Hey
Lately i started playing Penumbra: Overture and i thought that its purposeful effect... but it getting too far:

the colors when its dark looks like they're in 8 bits, as well the steam effect and spider webs
Plox! help me
