Problem running Amnesia for windows 7

Alright, I bought the game last night from gamestop for pc. I installed it today but wierdly enough, no amnesia icons showed up during installation just the installwizard ones and it didn't even talk about amnesia. But anyways, I installed it and i tried running it and the screen goes black and then it says in a little popup "Amnesia.exe has stopped working" and then exits out.

I tried running it in troubleshooting then i got this message "Could not load main init file: config/main_int.cfg"

So, I really don't know what is going on or if I got a bad disk or what. Could really use some help here (I'm horrible with computers btw, that's why I'm here)
