EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION Crash - Solved

Forgive me if this is a repost, however I did use the search feature, to no avail.
Amnesia has worked fine constantly, up until this point. I am trying my hand at making a custom map (it's a very simple map, and rather silly, but I like making things) and for whatever reason, I can't get it to work. :c
When I attempt to start up the custom story, I am presented with this:



My guess is that it's some sort of problem with OpenGL (atiogl, ATI is my graphics card; ogl is OpenGL) but I know nothing about computers.
An added note, any other custom story works perfectly fine for me.

I have included, as an attachment, my custom map (to my own embarrassment; it's not very good and I certainly don't plan on releasing it any time in the foreseeable future unless I improve it) and, as pictures, my computer specifications.

The HPS log is also included, although I'm not quite sure how much of this is actually necessary :/
