Still, I think it's bullshit, but throwing a word like fascism is pretty careless and makes me wonder if you aren't just exaggerating to make your point. Private schools are entirely able to impose these kinds of restrictions, which is why they are private to begin with. I still think it's very cool the kid used their system against them, and I hope they get their shorts back.
