[Solved] strange crash,olease help!thanks

i hope you'll be able to help me,thanks.

My sistem.

Athlon xp 3200,1 gb ddr 400 ram, motherb. abit nf7s v.2,windows xo + s.pack2,7600 gt with forceware 93.71.

After some minutes I started the game a blackbox icon appears ,the game returns to desktop and the following message appears:

penumbra.exe caused exception_access_violation in module libvorbis.dll at 0013:00681e18,vorbis_synthesis_blocking()+0520 bytes.

It happens with OPENAL abilited and disabilited.

I tried with no result to set the game at the lowest setting too.
Any suggestion?

I purchased the game here in Italy.
