Solved: 9 Years, 7 Months, 3 Weeks ago Why does it say I need a disc when I bought it online?

In addition to getting the Exception Access Violation error (which hopefully will be fixed by the new graphics card I'm putting in today), the game tells me I need to insert a disc, despite the fact that I bought it from Direct2Drive. What's up?
