TheCollective is totally right.
This price is just crazy. You'd get it cheaper if you just import it via Amazon (might sum up to about 25€ then).
Where did you buy it?

And though I don't know much about Penumbra specifically, the log file seems to list a lot of missing files.
I'd suggest you just try to reinstall it, maybe with a shorter game path (like C:\Games\Penumbra, or the default directory). I'm not sure about Penumbra, but some games, or other software, don't like long filepaths and might not find some files because of them.
