Solved: 8 Years, 8 Months, 4 Weeks ago Renderer #0 could not be initialized

I've tried all the possible solutions in the troublshooting guide, all to no avail.

According to this site, I should be able to run the game with ease.

Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family

I've downloaded the latest drivers, still not working.
