Exception access violation- mydocuments/overture problem

OK update. My problem now is that I have to delete the mydocuments/overture folder everytime i play to get it to run. It's a pain because i'm forced to delete my auto saves everytime. I tried pulling them out and deleteing the folder. Then i ran the game and it worked. I alt-tab back to windows and put the save files in the newly created folder, but it dosn't register them in game. If I put the save files in before i load the game, then it fails with the access violation again. Sound works w/o a problem still. Everytime I play it's like the first time i load it. Did you have this problem verret?
