OpenAL Audio Update: Use 1.0.2553 Patch instead!

I've not bought the game yet, and I didn't download this patch.
I've always got creepy sound with OpenAL before I make a little modification in /etc/openalrc :
For KDE users ( I'm not, so, I'm not sure it works ) :
