Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago cant open the level editor for custom Stories

Hello,
this is the Re-topic, because i opened a topic in a wrong forum Tongue
my Problem:
when i want to create a custom story and i want to open the level editor, than a error massages comes and says, that i should check my graphic card softwares out and that i cant initialize it, but my graphic card is up-to-date and I SHOULD RUN THE EDITOR
can someone help me please? Or does someone know a answer?~ Because i love the game and i would like to create a custom story Smile
