Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Physically stuck!

Windows Vista 64-bit

Desktop

Hello, I am physically stuck! I tried to crouch and walk under a pipe connected to a machine.
Now I cannot free myself from the spot I am in no matter what I do..
Is their an "unstuck" command?

Please help I want to continue playing this great game.
