ATI Fixes - Demo exe (beta)

The current ati fix is just a demo and does not replace the normal Penumbra.exe.

Well the .exe was in the zipfile so I figured it should get replaced

This ati fix is only for the demo, it's released so that we can test and make sure everything is working correctly with the ati cards.

On Monday the update for the full version will be released and it includes all previous fixes + other fixes and optimisations.
