Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Question  Exception_Access_Violation

While trying to download the Leveleditor or any of the other, it says Exception_Access_Violation in module
at 0023:0041B70C.
Any ideas how to fix it?

Have:
Windows 7 Home Premium
HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC
