Somewhere in this HUGE mess I've made of a script file for the little bugger, I replaced some sort of growl with 04_scream.snt... and then renamed the .snt in the "poltergeist" folder. Unfortunately, I can't remember what I renamed it to.

The noise only plays when the entity has noticed the player and is actively hunting him. It's not the ambient background music (that's from the brute's file) but it plays frequently during chases.
