Solved: 10 Years, 4 Months ago Game crash

Hi, I have a problem with my Amnesia AMFP. When I come to the first door that becomes a loading screen, my game crashes during the loading screen. I have tried to reinstall the game, but it doesn´t work. Please, I hope I can get help with this. Here is a troubleshoot. If there is something else I should attach please tell me.
And attaching doesn´t work. How do I attach I probably did something wrong?
