crashes after intro need save game right after

even after installing the patch, requiem crashes after the computer howling dog sequence at the loading screen with error:exception access violation in module requiem.exe 001b: 005015b5 . i have vista 32bit and way exceed the requirements. I have the absolute latest certified nvidia drivers and creative sound drivers. Can someone e-mail me a save game right after the open intro to see if i can load agame after the intro b4 it crashes.thanks rnestola@comcast.net
