Penumbra Collection - Serial Number

Thanks for the wonderful game that is Penumbra and I eagerly look forward to Amnesia; I really appreciate that you've developed your games for Linux as well .

I purchased the Penumbra Collection last year during the £5 sale.

I've recently formatted my PC, I still have the original PenumbraCollection-1.0.sh file but I can't seem to find a record of my serial number anywhere.

I can provide details of my e-mail address, payment card, etc to Frictional Games if they can track down a record of my payment and reissue me my serial number but I couldn't find suitable contact details on the website... any suggestions?
