still crashing

same problems as the others, tried new drivers, new dx-drivers, yeah loads of things... i mean cmon, the 2 new games ive bought is this and worms:reloaded, and both fail! and i can run crysis on full graphic settings
my gpu is ati hd 5850, run on windows 7 64bit, hav intel i5 and yeah games should be working
