This game is dangerous (really)

(especially since you learn VERY FAST when you're actually in danger and when the game is just making noises at you)

1.) I still haven't figured out when that is
2.) Even if I did, I expect the devs to play with that expectation.

I thought I had it figured out, because there are constantly scratches, moans, and footfalls around and above and below you...so when I heard them I didn't really pay it much mind. That comfort has bitten me more than once now.
