Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Sewer level crash

i made it to the sewers but as i climb the ladder the game suddenly crashes Sad( i've read that it should work when you delete some hpl file set your graphics to low but none of those methods work with me as the game still crashes any ideas?
