Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Changing language in steam version.

Hey,

I had bought Penumbra Complete Collection over Steam, but it's complete in english
and I'm german ...
I can't change the language in the properties of each game and In-game.

Please help and I know Penumbra: Black Plague exist on german from a video.

PM: I only can use France and english language for the games.
