Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Amnesia startup stuttering/Lag on my Ati HD4850

hey guys,
im having problem running amnesia as it worked great on my previous card, 9500GT ,but it stutters/lags when the startup screen comes and im running it on XP and not VIsta/7 so no Aero issues here.. So please I'd be greatful for some help here..please...tried everything else..
