Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago Demo crashes at profile name screen

Hello,

I've tried most things in the list here from uninstalling and reinstalling the game and my own video card drivers as well as trying the omega drivers. I've changed the settings all the way up and down and always have the same result. I got this demo from steam, I verified integrity of the game cache and defrag-ed cache via steam with no change.

my card is a Radeon HD 5670.

This is the only Frictional game I encounter this problem. Sad
